At Alpine Cowgirl Calgary, each cowboy hat is custom-made to your specifications. Before production of our custom and deluxe custom hats begin, a mockup and customisation details will be provided for your review and approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details, including design placement, colours, spelling, sizing, and customization requests, before giving final approval.

Once the mockup has been approved and production has started, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is in place because customized items are uniquely created for each customer and cannot be resold or restocked.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error that differs from the approved mockup, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order information so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

We encourage all customers to review their mockups carefully and reach out with any questions before approving their order to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product.
