FAQ'S

Yes! We have a number of pre-made hats if you're stuck for design. These hats are slightly cheaper than your full personalised hats, but you can still brand one of our pre-made ones.

Do you do pre-made cowboy hats?

During Stampede season (May–July) we get busy. We'll always give you an honest timeline when you order. Turnaround time for collection is within 48 hours, and delivery allow 3 days to get it shipped. The remaining delivery time relies on Canada Post!

Yes! We are also a mobile hat bar bar that can provide our custom cowboy hat services at your weddings, parties, corporate services or big events!

Do I need an appointment to order a custom hat?

Nope. You can browse and order via Instagram or email at any time. Just get in touch with the hat and design you'd like using our product pages as a reference, and we can take the design from there. We're always happy to help, but there's no complicated booking process or fitting appointment required. That's kind of the point.

Is Alpine Cowgirl the same as other Calgary hat bars?

We do things differently. We're not a pop-up event hat bar that's just around for stampede, or a bespoke luxury hatmaker. We're an affordable, fun hat bar focused on making personalised cowboy hats accessible to everyone, no matter your background! You can design online, shop pre-made, and enjoy a custom cowboy hat for an affordable price.
