1. Payment Terms
Full payment is required and processed prior to the start of production for all custom orders.

2. Custom Orders - Final Sale
All custom and personalized hats are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. This includes our pre-made hats, once your personalized branding has been added.

3. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details prior to production, including sizing amendments, materials, colors, branding, and design elements. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Defects or Errors
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved order specifications, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Upon review, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued only where a repair or replacement is not possible.

6. Fit & Sizing
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing. We recommend following our sizing guide carefully. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion; however, incorrect sizing provided at the time of order is not grounds for a refund.

7. Shipping & Damage
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us promptly with photos so we can assist in resolving the issue.

8. Policy Acknowledgement
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Returns Policy.
